<p>    * Management Accountant<br />
    * Cost Analyst<br />
    * Costing Executive</p>

<p>    * Preparation of annual budgeting, quarterly projections, monthly forecasts, estimation &#038; strategy planning including the presentation and analyses of such forecasts for site management.<br />

    * Assist in development and training of Management Accountant Cost analyst &#038; Costing Executive.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>    * Candidate must possess at least aACCA, CIMA or recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent.<br />
    * At least 5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment.<br />
    * Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance &#8211; General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.<br />

    * Able to communicate with all level of staff.<br />

Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>    * Responsible for all billing for MOHH.<br />
    * Update of receipts for AR promptly<br />
    * Handle all queries relating to billing professionally<br />
    * Prepare monthly summary of billings and AR outstanding status<br />
    * Perform monthly reconciliation of advance billing to actual<br />
    * Responsible for processing of payments regularly. Ensure payments are made only to approved invoices and/or cheque requisitions and follow up to ensure payments are approved within the value date<br />
    * Ensure all payments are reconciled to bank statement<br />
    * Ensure all payment documents are filed in organized and neat manner<br />
    * Ensure compliance with company policies relating to accounts payable and expense processing<br />
    * Review of staff claims to ensure they adhere to company policy and release for reimbursement on timely manner. Ensure all claims are filed properly<br />
    * Maintain all billing records, payment and claims documents in organised and neat manner<br />
    * Actively participates in SAP system project upgrade.<br />
    * Provide support to any other duties and projects as assigned, including process improvement project. </p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>    * Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent<br />
    * Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience<br />
    * Knowledge and working experience on SAP system preferred<br />
    * Good Attitude, meticulous and willingness to learn<br />
    * Good communication skills and team player<br />
    * Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.</p>
