SECRETARY &#8211; BANDUNG<br />
Job Description :<br />
    * Responsible to build, to manage overall administration and secretarial duties. The individual will be equipped with in-depth knowledge of client’s industry and business.<span id="more-9137"></span><br />
    * Well organized, have good knowledge in filing system<br />
    * Arrange meeting schedule with internal and external parties, and to take notes of the meeting and report it to concerned parties<br />
    * Arrange travel activities, such as hotel reservation, flight booking, visa and immigration arrangement, directly or through agent and online service.<br />
    * Having strong knowledge of Export Import procedure and regulation<br />
    * Smart, highly self motivated person, having good initiative and good communication skill, can work in a team, and able to work under pressure within tight deadline and under minimum supervision<br />
    * Willing to work long hours and handle multi tasking duties<br />
    * Having finance or accounting educational background and / or experience as a finance/accounting administration is an advantage<br />
Qualification :<br />
    * Having 3 &#8211; 4 years experiences in the same field<br />
    * Graduates from secretarial academy, or English Department, or Finance Administration.<br />
    * Fluent in English, both oral and written is a Must.<br />
    * Familiar with MS Office, internet, and email.<br />
