SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
The Job:
The incumbent will report to the Accounting Manager and be responsible to implement, maintain and enhance the financial accounting & management accounting system, review accounting systems & procedures in accordance with Indonesian tax system. He / she will also provide advice on financial issues, product and profitability analysis as well as assists General Manager/ Finance Director in preparing business plans for improvements to business performance. Establishing cost control, productivity and revenue assurance programs together with internal approval process & relationship with external auditor. This position based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining full set of accounts (GL, AP and AR)
* Reconciling and filing of monthly/quarterly/yearly income tax, withholding tax and VAT
* Preparing monthly management reports (cash flow report, forecast processes. revenue report, balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation, P & L Statements, etc)
* Involve in ad hoc duties (annual budgeting & audit)
The Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in accounting or related field of study, and has professional qualification in accounting
* 4 years related experiences in broad based finance & accounting experience or internal audit, within a computerized environment, with the later years in managerial capacity, also related to external auditor
* Must be self starter with inquiring mind and able to work independently and in a team
* Posses good interpersonal, people management and leadership
* Proficient in computer application and programs (MS Windows)
* Strong ability to multi task in order to meet increasing job requirements

SENIOR SALES ENGINEER for OIL & GAS
Responsibilities
* To manage the business of project / MRO (replacement) market to cover all Oil & Gas end user / owner in local and remote area within Indonesia territory
* Develop , grow key accounts and increase sales with main focus on the Oil & Gas
* Formulating and implementing sales & business strategies to achieve budgeted sales target
* Provide technical backup , customer presentation & traveling to remote customer where necessary and making report to management regularly
* Willing to travel to various location in Indonesia
* Handle customer inquiries, quotation and orders.
Requirement
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering mainly in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation.
* Less than 35 years old
* Have minimum 3 – 5 years experience and proven sales track record in Oil, Petrochemical or General industries.
* Computer literate, good command of written & spoken English
* Good communication, negotiation & selling skill with positive attitude
* Sound product, application knowledge – Electrical product
* Effective planning, organizing, leading and performance evaluation skills
* Established good contacts & good market knowledge in Oil & Gas sectors
