Responsibilities:<br />
You will adopt the bank’s needs-based sales approach to help our clients plan for their future. In this role, you will develop and implement financial plans using insurance solutions to meet client needs, including protection, savings, investments, children’s education and retirement needs.<span id="more-13820"></span> To facilitate these, the bank will provide support through leads opportunities to help you to reach out to our extensive client base.<br />
Highly driven to excel in a sales-focused environment, you should preferably also possess the relevant sales experience and academic qualifications, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills<br />
Working Hours<br />
Mon to Fri (office hours) but must be comfortable to work after hours to suit clients&#8217; timing.<br />
Salary<br />
$2000 (Max) + Commissions + Allowance<br />
Requirements:<br />
    * Min GCE &#8216;O&#8217; Level/Diploma with relevant experience. Fresh Degree holders are welcomed!<br />
    * Prefer candidates who possess the following insurance certifications: M5, M9 &#038; General Insurance (GI)<br />
    * Candidates without the above but keen to explore the insurance industry would have to go through a career talk etc<br />

Responsibilities:<br />
The Services<br />

Requirements:<br />
    * Minimum Diploma and above.<br />
    * Singapore or PR.<br />
    * CMFAS Module 5, 8 and 9 will be an advantage.<br />
    * Spirit of a top salesman and the heart of a competent trusted consultant.<br />

SACAC is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the expatriate community with athletics and counseling programs. This position is located at the SACAC office in the Singapore American School in Woodlands.<span id="more-11761"></span> You will work directly with the Finance Director and Athletics Directors to ensure smooth daily office operations. This position will give you the opportunity to engage with and support your coworkers by performing administrative tasks crucial to their job performance.<br />
Sports Administrative Assistant<br />
I. General Duties and Responsibilities<br />
    * Provide customer service in the front office including answering the telephone and greeting walk-in customers.<br />
    * Assist with email and mail correspondence<br />
    * Data entry for accounting and sports<br />
    * Assist with website maintenance (training provided)<br />
    * Order office supplies and schedule maintenance of equipment as needed<br />
II.        Specific Accounting Responsibilities<br />
    * Assist with accounting functions including account receivables, charge invoices, post payments, keep customer account updates and follow up on overdue billings and collections<br />
    * Generate quarterly billings<br />
    * Input data into Peachtree accounting system<br />
III.      Specific Sports Office Responsibilities<br />
    * Assist with online and in-office registration for sports and special events<br />
    * Partner with Athletics Directors to generate participant rosters, league player lists, membership distribution letters, thank you letters etc. using the database<br />
    * Assist with maintaining accurate lists of commissioners, coaches, and officials<br />
    * Assist with equipment and apparel inventory, order receiving/processing and equipment distribution<br />
IV. Complete other tasks as decided upon mutually by the Employee and Finance/HR Director, Athletics Directors, Commissioners of specific SACAC Sports, and/or Chairman of the SACAC Board.<br />
Skills required:<br />
    * Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude<br />
    * Passion for youth sports and providing opportunities that allow kids to grow and learn through athletics.<br />
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br />
    * Ability to organize and work independently<br />
    * Fluent in written and spoken English<br />
    * Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  Especially Microsoft Excel<br />
    * Knowledge of Peachtree or similar accounting software is preferred<br />
