BDM (Business Development Manager) &#038; RBDM (Regional Business Development Manager)<span id="more-6999"></span><br />
Job Summary :<br />
    * Implement the strategic sales plan in order to achieve business expected target in respective channel<br />
    * Maintain relationship within business partner to cater their ongoing needs and concerns in order to provide conducive environment to support sales activities.<br />
    * Monitor sales force performance by analyzing sales data and provide development support needed and feedback to the partner in order to achieve expected Bank &#038; Allianz partnerships productivity ratio.<br />
    * Develop, prepare and lead project team implementation in order to ensure the new venture with business partner are implemented (BDM)<br />
    * Help the Bank to coordinate all sales activities, maximizing incentive programs and sales contests to produce the results (BDM)<br />
    * Manage the utilization of the budget allocated to the assigned bank partnership in order to ensure efficiency and profitability in the assigned partnership. (BDM)<br />
    * Continually seek to identify knowledge and skill development needs, and then plan and deliver appropriate, detailed product and selling skill training (BDM)<br />
    * Prepare and execute various marketing events in order to provide opportunities to generate sales in their respective area (RBDM)<br />
    * Train, develop and motivate the branch sales staff to produce the business volumes required (RBDM)<br />
Job Requirements :<br />
    * Having experiences in a Financial Services organization, likely to be a Bank or Bancassurance Division: 5 years for BDM and 3 years for RBDM.<br />
    * Good communication &#038; selling skill<br />
    * Possess strong strategic &#038; analytical thinking, with experience in creating &#038; implementing business plan.<br />
    * Experienced in leading a team, preferably a team of managerial levels.<br />
    * Demonstrate strong self-confidence and motivational ability.<br />
    * Proficient in oral and written English<br />
    * Bachelor  (S1) degree<br />
