BANCASSURANCE – RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
To play a significant role in developing the Manulife Bancassurance business with designated Banks and its branches.
* Understand and then take ownership for the delivery of the Bank annual sales, business and marketing plans
* Train, develop and motivate the branch sales staff
* Identify knowledge and skill development needs, and then plan and deliver appropriate, detailed product and selling skill training.
* Help the Bank to coordinate all sales activities, maximizing incentive programs and sales contests to produce the results
Requirements:
• Experience of 2-5 years in Financial Services, preferably in a Bank or Bancassurance Division
• Possess strong strategic & analytical thinking, with experience in creating & implementing business plan
