In this essential role, you will take charge to find and explore new volume opportunity for CCDI from category perspective; lead the project of new initiative/opportunity/category within the system and managing process with Coca-Cola Indonesia brand & innovation team, Technical Operations & Logistic, Region Directors & their operations, Finance and other related departments. The incumbent will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

In this function, you will be in charge for the following roles:
* Developing tools/model to maximize the potency of NPDs as well as manage existing products/SKUs status in the system
* Monitoring national direct marketing expenditure and together with marketing finance ensuring the right usage of DME in each activity category with right process in place
* A combine function between category/product management skills with consumer and trade marketing knowledge for deliverable business initiatives & marketing program strategy
In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:
* Holding minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant major from reputable university, Master Degree is preferable
* Having minimum 4 years in Senior Brand Management/ Business Development/ Strategic Development in FMCG
* Great understanding about consumer & customer as a total and In relation to the business
* Excellent knowledge of traditional & modern channel management
* Experienced in managing a brand/product and launch new product into market
