We Are Manpower Supplier & General Contractor Company in the Mining, Construction, Maintenance, Oil & Gas and Logistic transport sectors. We look for suitable candidates who can fill the position as below:
Mechanical/Electrical Manager
Role & Responsibility:
1. Manage and execute all aspect of work including personnel management, project planning, cost control, scheduling, QA/QC planning & implementation, HSE planning, assurance and compliance, overseeing engineering and installation/Construction and coordinating any and all required support from company.
2. Responsible to the Company assigned task leader for regular and timely Project Cost and Schedule reporting, Project Cost and the status and the status should be accumulated and reported weekly
3. Manage work includes Planning, coordinating, scheduling and cost control of the project including the setting of priorities and the allocation of personnel to ensure that all required technical, engineering, cost & safety standard are fulfilled and project objectives
General Requirements:
1. Engineering Graduate (preferably Electrical/Mechanical), Business Administration or equivalent, and minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry for electrical and instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance and should have experience in administration manpower supply contract.
2. Have a high skills in planning, managing maintenance strategy, observe and execute of preventive maintenance, and performance evaluation and equipment within electrical and instrumentation aspect as specified in this contract.
3. Understand HSE matter, regulations, codes, and standards applicable to electrical and instrumentation equipment operation, inspection and maintenance. The Manager shall have experience in utilizing Maintenance Management System tools and application.
4. Have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organizational skills. An advance degree in engineering or business and international experience is desirable.
5. At least 4 years of mechanical & electrical, scaffolding, insulation maintenance services contract management
6. Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities, Good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Good in English both in oral and written, High analytical skill, Able to work independently as well as a team, Computer Literate in using MS office
8. Located in DKI Jakarta area
