You will provide strong analytical support & business insights for monthly business reviews, mid year reviews, and budget and fiscal reporting processes including full responsibility for the development of specified management reports. In addition the segment controller will also be expected to provide guidance on driving revenue growth, control on operating expenses and resource investments. It is expected that the position will provide support of a nature requiring interpretation and communication of complex accounting, analysis and business information to upper regional management and regional executive staff.
We are looking for a candidate who has 8 – 10 years of demonstrated work experience in financial analysis with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. A BS/BA degree in finance or accounting with CPA qualification, advanced PC skills in spreadsheet, modeling, macros and relational database applications required. You must have strong written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated ability to thrive in complex environments. The ability to travel, as and when required. As a result of the above job responsibilities, this Business Controller will be required to coordinate group effort across a varied set of personnel, including non-finance Management and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
