Qualification :
* Minimum 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a highly ranked domestic or international university. Dual majors in Accounting & Finance or Accounting & MIS are highly encouraged to apply.
* CA or CPA designation is highly desirable.
* Minimum 4-6 years auditing or private sector exposure in the manufacturing industry. Experience with big 4 accounting firms is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing accounting teams.
* Demonstrated experience with accounting systems and inventory management
* Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
* Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
* Ability to work 50 hours/week minimum

You will provide strong analytical support & business insights for monthly business reviews, mid year reviews, and budget and fiscal reporting processes including full responsibility for the development of specified management reports. In addition the segment controller will also be expected to provide guidance on driving revenue growth, control on operating expenses and resource investments. A BS/BA degree in finance or accounting with CPA qualification, advanced PC skills in spreadsheet, modeling, macros and relational database applications required. You must have strong written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated ability to thrive in complex environments. The ability to travel, as and when required. As a result of the above job responsibilities, this Business Controller will be required to coordinate group effort across a varied set of personnel, including non-finance Management and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
